How cozy and chic does this pretty lady look all at the same time?!  I adore her whole look.

 

I love purses and bags.  I love social justice.  So, when purchasing a bag, which is extremely cute I might add, will supply 100 school lunches for children in India, I’m naturally going to fall in love with it.  Check our Rachel Roy’s partnership with FEED here.  There are two colors, but I love this white one with the bright tassels.

 

Love this arm candy.  All week I have been layering and layering the pieces on to turn my wrist in to a real party.  I love mixing gold, fancier bracelets with some of my more hippie hemp bracelets.  Makes for a fun look.

 

I love this photo so much.  I wish that was me – so peaceful.  I love rowing, so the thought of rowing to the middle of the lake and getting some peaceful alone time sounds delightful.

 

I love my sweet friend, Cassie and today is her birthday!!  Happy birthday, C – love you lots!!  Thankful for you – more than words can express.

Five Loves…

 

Classy meets casual – now that is my kind of summer uniform for the office.  I love the simplicity of this ensemble.

 

Charleston, SC – one of my favorite cities to visit in the US.  Sadly, I don’t think I will make it there this summer – but for almost seven years straight I would make sure to at least get a day trip to this lovely city once a year.  So much history.  So much beauty and good foods.

 

I love rings.  I love gold.  I love the symbolisim of knots.  So, basically this is the perfect ring and I adore it.

 

A carefree moment where you can let go and laugh – even if it means you are laying on the ground laughing – now those are some of my favorite moments with my girlfriends.

 

The perfect weekend uniform.  I have a hat almost identical to this and I could live in it.  I love wearing it to keep the sun off my face as I stroll through the local Farmers’ Market.

Five Loves…

 

This week’s five loves are a little look into my life.  Here are a few of my current favorite things – stripes, arm party that changes daily, green tea soy latte, and having a thought provoking book to read – such a divine moment.

 

A freshly cleaned back porch with a new table and chairs that only cost me $10!!  And of course, my beautiful model who makes everything better – sweet Willow.

 

Pretty in pink – lips.  Last night I went to the Pop Sugar event at Anthropologie and had so much fun.  With my purchase I also got this fun new lipstick, and we all know how much I love bright lips!

 

It has become a full on event – the return of The Bachelorette means the return of girls’ night.  We have a group of seven of us that pile into the living room every Monday night and make the show into a full on sporting event.  It is fabulous and I actually like Mondays because of it.

 

My freshly cut summer hair.  I got it cut yesterday and was then informed by a friend that meant a selfie was required – so, I figured I should share it with all of you, lovies!  I love how light and free it feels – perfect for a summertime attitude!

This is the perfect summer work look – and who doesn’t like taking an extended coffee break with a friend in the summer to enjoy sitting outdoors.  I know I certainly love it.

How hott is this look?!  Yesterday I may have been wondering if I would dare with white pants, but she’s got me thinking it can look good – real good.

 

There is something about this image that I absolutely love.  I love the look.  I love the sitting down in public, not caring about what she could be laying in because she simple needs a break – we all have been there, just maybe all haven’t laid down on the steps.

 

Stack those rings.  Don’t mind if I do.  I can never seem to have enough rings on my fingers – love the way it looks.

 

The perfect look to run off to brunch without having to take too much time getting ready?!  Yes, yes it is.  This is totally one of my Saturday morning go-to’s.

 

This is my other Saturday morning go-to.  Coffee and a good book in bed – I absolutely love a slow Saturday morning.

I seriously have been having a love affair with maxis more and more as of late.  This beautiful print maxi has me desiring yet another one – it is so easy and stunning at the same time.

 

Another love affair I have been having as of late is with the perfect accent chair.  Just look at that chair – everything about it is fabulous.  I even know right where I would put it in my house…maybe one day.

 

The perfect Saturday afternoon outfit.  Every little detail is fabulous.

 

I have a thing about bags – I feel that no woman can ever have too many.  I love this clutch for an evening out on a patio – now doesn’t that sound lovely?!

 

This is a beautiful map of the world.  Love is not dead, my friends – and we cannot forget that.

I love the layers.  I love that it is a touch of warmth with the shorts, but not fully a true summer breeze because there is a need for layers on top.

Fresh flowers added to the kitchen to add a touch of spring.  Love love love that – now spring, please really come and stay!

Being able to collapse on my bed after a long day, even still in my work clothes – love that moment.  Most relaxing moment of the day – such a great release.

I love this whole look, but especially that sweater.  I totally want one similar to this – especially the pattern.  It looks perfect to throw on over a look in place of a coat for a Saturday running errands and meeting up for brunch with the ladies.

This is the cutest outfit and I would like it so I can wear it to the office on Monday, great – thanks!  Now, if only it was that simple to get a new outfit…

Five Loves…

 

The perfect spring and summer hat.  I have been on the hunt for one very similar to this – and by on the hunt, I really mean looking at pictures since I have not really made time to go shopping.  I should do something about that.

 

It is almost blueberry season.  That basically means when I get anything in blueberry flavor that I can – it just tastes so good.  I love the rich color of blueish-purple that has the perfect amount of sweetness and bitterness that kiss perfectly.

 

How fun and beautiful are these long maxis?!  They scream spring easing into summer and needing to head to a music festival or stroll around the lakes…or maybe that last part is just my six-month cooped-up self is feeling – either way, I want one of these lovely dresses.

 

These shoes are amazing.  Paired with the super cute pink pants.  Hello spring, I love you and have missed you so is what this stunning combo is saying and I would like to second it – all of it.

 

I love every aspect of Samantha Hutchinson’s whole look here, but especially those pants.  May I please find a pair for my own and then pair them with a blazer and say it is okay for the office?!!  I totally think I could make that work…and if not, who cares?!  They are hot and would be perfect for an evening or weekend look .  Purchase justified?!  I think so.

I absolutely love this outfit.  The placement of the jacket over the shirt dress – simply delectable.

Time to let the inner bohemian out to play for springtime.  She looks already to go to a concert, or even better yet a fabulous music festival.

 

Tulips in every color.  This is my little reminder to myself that it really is spring, even if the weather is failing to abide.

I love her whole look her, but am especially LOVING those pants.  I think I pretty much need them.

 

It seems like I have been waiting forever, oh wait I have been waiting for almost a whole year – but it finally here, well nearly.  I cannot wait to see Baz Luhrmann’s rendition of this classic on the big screen.

Little sweet treats.  With chia seeds.  Vegan.  And gluten free.  Now, that is divine if you ask me.  My days as a vegan is bringing out a domestic goddess in me that I had forgotten was even there.
