It is all the rage this summer, but I am still a little hesitant about it. I mean – is added fabric around the waist really all that flattering?! Yet, it seems many women are embracing the trend, loving it, and looking rather fabulous in it. This may not be a look for everyone to embrace, because of it’s overly feminine feel. Either way, it does have a soft playful feel to it.
Do you feel pretty in the peplum trend? Do you prefer the softer shades, or are you fully embracing the trend in neon?

I love peplum. Used to wear it years ago but haven’t this time around. It actually hides a lot of sins and it creates a fabulous silhouette. I’d love to try again but just haven’t had the time to shop. Crazy summer…

I think I would need a block colour to do peplum, because such a bold shape and a bold pattern would seem a bit overkill for me. Whites and pastel peplum dresses look very prim, would be nice wedding wear x
