Valentine's Tea...

Ok, I am not sure if you have caught on yet – but I LOVE Valentine’s Day.  I will admit it is rather girly of me, but I do not think there is anything wrong with that…as I am a girl.  With that, this past weekend I hosted a Valentine’s Tea with my dear friend, Cas, for just a few ladies.  It was fun, cute and filled with sweets.  Everyone could come however they desired, but we asked that they came in Valentine’s inspired attire…basically red, black and white…with a touch of pink and purple.  It was my first time co-hosting this event, but it was so fun…I think it may have to be an annual event.  I mean, lets be honest, I love any excuse to celebrate my favorite holiday…and I feel no need to keep it to one day a year!

We used Cas’ beautiful tea cups.

Any plans to celebrate the fabulous holiday?  What are your thoughts on a tea?  Men, what would be your equivalent to a tea?
